Built in 1942, this house was the home of the descendants of Isolina de Vars: the Escalante family.
Today we focus on Latin American cuisine with Mediterranean influences. We use local products and always work hand in hand with small producers: sustainability is one of our pillars.
For these reasons, we opened the doors of our home. Today our history meets the present in a casual atmosphere, with good food and excellent wine and cocktail options.
